MCI BENZI EXCELBOND

BENZi Excelbond is a two pack water-based epoxy coating specially designed as a universal primer that provides good adhesive strength to the substrate surface ready for subsequent topcoat. This high performance primer can be applied on variety of smooth substrate such as ceramic tiles, glass, masonry, plastered wall, concrete floor, wood, ferrous & non-ferrous metals, for exterior and interior use. Besides, it is efflorescence and alkaline resistant, having excellent moisture tolerant property that can be served as a protective moisture barrier against rising damp through the concrete floor as well as penetrating damp through plastered wall, hence preventing paint defects arising from dampness. Due to its unique characteristic, it is not only used as an adhesion promoting primer for most substrates, but also as an ideal dampness solution for masonry, plastered wall, concrete floor & etc. It is a specially developed green product that has less of an environmental impact & less detrimental to human health.
