Water Repellent Solution (EF) is an impregnating agent for protecting concrete. It can also be used as a primer for silicone emulsion paint. This solution has good water vapour permeability and excellent depth of penetration, which creates a broad water repellant zone beneath the topcoat that also allows any damp to dry out.
